Top ten winners from universities and ten winners from schools will get the prizes and certificates and will have their essays published in the mainstream print media. The winners will also be invited to present their views in the ‘International Women’s Day Program’ which will be organized by ‘The Origin’ on 8th March 2017 at IC’s Hotel, New Delhi, 110025.
Essay must be an original work written by one author (no group submission). It can be written in English, Hindi or Urdu language. Essay must be legible and should be between1000 to 1500 words in length. Author’s name, enrolment number/roll number, university/school, address and phone number should be included with the essay. A declaration letter should also be attached with the essay.
Judges will consider creativity, originality and presentation. Essays will be analyzed as per their grade level.
All entries are due by 5 pm, Thursday, 2nd March 2017. Essay will be sent to ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ .
WHO CAN APPLY?
Only female candidates can apply.
1. At University Level: UG, PG, M.PHILL and PhD students from regular courses and distance courses can send their entries.
2. At School Level: The students from 9th to 12th standard can participate.
